Build a standalone, single-file wiki (a la TiddlyWiki) from a list of
directories: every markdown note is rendered as a regular preview page
(the same page crossnote serve shows, marked isWiki so the webview is
read-only), and all pages are embedded into one shell document running the
serve app itself. Shared assets (preview.js, mermaid, themes, …) are
stored once and referenced by tokens that the shell inlines when a note is
opened; local images travel along as data URIs.
The result is read-only by construction: notes are pre-rendered, the
embedded webview config carries isWiki: true (hiding editing UI), and
the sandboxed note frames have no write channel back to anything.
